Coaching Support Options

Real-Time Phone Support
~ Unlimited access to me via voice-notes using WhatsApp*I provide emotional and strategic support along with actionable skills you can use right away (and in the future). I help you process your emotions as they happen instead of waiting days or weeks to unpack them. I hold you accountable to your work in a spirit of love and provide encouragement and guidance in an unconditionally safe space.

Virtual Support
Includes Phone Support and adds:
~ 60-minute video sessions
Video sessions allow us to dig deeper into a particular issue or work on specific strategies. Because you already have unlimited access to me through voice-notes, we won’t have to spend valuable session time catching up and we can jump right in to the deeper work. -
In-Person Support
Includes Phone Support and adds:
~ 60 minute in-person sessions
Meeting in-person allows us to engage in higher degrees of communication than virtual settings allow (body language, physical presence, etc). A high-preference option for in-person meetings is to hold a walking session where we “walk & talk” in nature for the duration of the session.
*Voice-notes are used to facilitate an ongoing asynchronous dialogue
I practice a donation-based payment approach
(recommended range between $25-$250/hourly based on personal affordability -
I believe that mental health care/support should be accessible to ALL)
Step 1 - Schedule an Intro Call - “I need help.“
A no-strings-attached, get-to-know-each-other conversation. We'll talk about what hurts and how I can help. If we're a good fit, we'll set up a second call to review working together.

Step 2 - Agree on support needs - “I’m ready for my life to change.”
During our second call we’ll figure out which level of support feels right for you and agree on a donation amount. We’ll review our contract to make sure we have clear expectations of each other and the process. At the end, we’ll set an intention or goal to work towards together.

Step 3 - Work Together - “I’m asking questions.”
During our work together you have unlimited access to me via WhatsApp. I help you process your emotions as they happen and support you with love and accountability. I also provide actionable strategies and skills you can use in making the changes you’ve wanted in your life.

Step 4 - Periodic Assessment - “What’s next?”
A monthly/quarterly chat to review our work. Did we meet our goal? What’s next for you? If it feels right, we may continue our work together or choose another level of support. The ultimate intention of working together is for you to reach a place where you don’t need me anymore.
